All NGX agent personas (Cleo, Nora, Kai, Finn, etc.) are fictional AI software identities. They are not real people. Communications from these agents are AI-generated. This disclosure is made in compliance with the FTC Endorsement Guidelines and California AB 302.
4. Use of the Website
